Participants:
Exhibit Setup and Dropoff:
- Friday, March 23rd, 6:00PM to 8:00PM
- Saturday, March 24: 7:00-8:30AM
Judging:
- Begins Saturday, March 24th: 8:30 AM
- Closed Session (only judges and interview callbacks in hall): 9:00AM to 11:00AM
Public Viewing:
- Saturday, March 24th: 11:00am to 4:00 pm
Exhibit teardown and cleanup:
- Saturday, March 24th: 4:30 - 6:30PM
Note: as described above, the Exhibit Hall will be cleared and closed for any access (except officials) at 9:00AM for evaluations and access will be limited until 11:00AM.
Specific students will be called into their exhibits for a 5 minute Q&A and verbal evalution beginning at 9:30 (grades 10-12), 10:00 (grades 7-9). and 10:30 (grades 4-6).
Public Access Events:
- 11:00AM - 4:00 PM -- Exhibit Hall Open
- 11:00AM -1:00PM -- Interactive Workshops and classroom sessions I
- 1:00PM -- Awards Ceremony
- 1:30PM to 3:30PM -- Interactive Workshops and classroom sessions II
- 11:30AM - 12:30PM -- Stage Presentations
- 3:00 -4:30 - Robotics Tournament Finals

William Jessup University (WJU) is located at the corner of Highway 65 and Sunset Blvd in beautiful Rocklin, CA.
Its spacious architecture is reminiscent of its past use as an innovative Herman Miller Office Furniture Plant (see Food for Thought).
